Accessing & Logging Into the "Renew Books" Feature

To renew your books online, access PILOT, (the Clarion University Libraries' online catalog.)  Click here to access PILOT.  After accessing PILOT, click on the Renew Books link in the banner at the top of the screen:


Login with your Library ID number and last name when prompted.

Students:  Your Library ID number is 9 followed by your Clarion ID number.  For example, if your Clarion ID number is 12345678, then your Library ID Number would be 912345678Help in determining your Clarion ID number can be found here.
Employees:  Faculty and staff must use a nine-digit number consisting of a series of zeroes followed by your employee ID number.  Use enough preceding zeroes to create a nine-digit number.  For example, if your employee number is 98765, then your Library ID number would be 000098765.  Your employee ID number can be found on your current pay stub:
