Google Books and Google Scholar
Do you Google? Are you a Googler? The LibGuide on Google Scholar and Google Books has embedded widgit boxes that will search Clarion University Libraries licensed journal titles at http://scholar.google.com/. But you have to set up your preferences by following the instructions in the settings folder for Google Scholar. You only need to set it up one time on your computer. Then, when you do a search in Google Scholar and you get a list of citations, you'll also get links to the full text article if the Clarion library subscribes to that journal title or if it's from an open access journal. If you are looking for eBooks, the Google Books Search Box enables you to search the full text of scanned books (contributed by Harvard, other libraries, and publishers) via the Web, and to read selections or the full text of these digitized texts.
